TDG50IMP Line Boring
Modular design, easy to set up or remove. It is a preferred tool for repairing earthmoving equipment like excavator, bulldozer, loader, etc. and working with our automatic bore welder to fulfill I.D, O.D or face welding.
Boring Diameter: 55-400mm(standard) 35-400mm(optional)

- Equipped with bore cutter measuring and diameter measuring ruler.
Compact and modular design
It could be used in field boring on large scale steel structure , especially for narrow space processing. Fixed can be horizontal or vertical position, Rotational drive unit and feed unit can be mounted anywhere of the boring bar. Feed unit and rotational unit are only 7KG and 5KG each, more portable, step less speed regulation range 0 to 0.5mm, easily achieve the forward and reverse exchange.

Drive Power Unit
Standard drive unit is 1800W electric motor. Max cutting depth can reach to 6mm.

- Optional Ø30mm boring bar to achieve boring diameter from Ø35mm to 400mm.
- Two sizes of facing head to achieve facing diameter from Ø80mm to 450mm.
- Optional BW350 & BW360 auto bore welder.
