An modular design, most compact,portable line boring machine, used for repair holes in cranes, excavators,bulldozers, tractors, backhoes etc.

TDG60 Line Boring is mainly used in processing inner hole, concentric holes with space and ending pipe. Because it with very lightweight and modular design, so it can be adapted to variety of the narrow space, high-altitude complex processing need.

Compact and modular design

Rotational drive unit and feed unit can be fixed anywhere of the boring bar to achieve processing in narrow space. Feed unit and rotational unit are only 8KG and 9.5KG, more portable, step less speed regulation range 0 to 0.5mm, easily achieve the forward and reverse exchange.

Boring bar

Adopting high-quality alloy structural steel, boring bar length has several options of 2000mm,2500mm,3000mm,3500mm.Customized length can be available.

Drive Power Unit

3 types power of electric, servo and hydraulic, torque of hydraulic power can reach to 918N.M, this machine is able of cutting a maximum depth of 10mm.

Superior scalability

  • Optional one smaller boring bar to achieve boring Ø35-600mm
  • Two sizes of facing head to achieve facing processing range Ø80-650mm.
  • Optional auto bore welder used with portable line boring.
