TDG90 Line Boring
Modular design, most compact,portable line boring machine, used for repair holes in cranes, excavators,bulldozers, tractors, backhoes etc.
Boring Dia: 95 – 700mm,Boring Stroke: 900mm

Compact and modular design
Rotational drive unit and feed unit can be mounted anywhere of the boring bar , more portable, step less speed regulation range 0 to 0.5mm, easily achieve the forward and reverse exchange.
Boring bar
High-quality alloy structural steel, high strength, boring bar’s length can be up to 8 meters.
Mounting kit
Four type mounting kit can be selected: double arms, three arms, ID mounting , adjustable ID mounting .
Drive Power Unit
Two kinds of power unit: servo and hydraulic, torque of hydraulic power unit can reach to 1420N.M.
Superior scalability
- Optional attachment of taper boring, to achieve processing of different taper holes 1:12 and 1:20.
- Two sizes of facing head to achieve facing machining.
