DM40 pneumatic drilling machine is specially designed for drilling, milling, boring, stud removal on site in mines, ships, petrochemicals, marine engineering，nuclear power and offshore etc , especially for blind holes and deep holes.

The Morse 5# taper spindle allows the use of U-drill bits up to 100mm in diameter.

The drilling stroke can reach 365mm at a time, with manual or automatic feeding, and is mainly used for on-site needs of drilling, boring and reaming.

The powerful magnetic base integrates the advantages of both permanent magnets and electro magnets , it allows a single magnetic base to provide an adsorption force of up to 1898 kgf. The magnetic base is controlled by an instantaneous electric pulse to start or stop, eliminating the need for continuous power supply。

Multiple mount methods make your job easy and simple, this machine can be bolted、welded or adapted to a flat work piece with the magnetic base, rotatable magnet base allows working on contoured surfaces or in large tubing.
