JOYSUNG ODM3500 OD Mount Flange Facers are portable machining equipment developed for precision flange resurfacing and repair. Designed for field applications, the machines combine accuracy, durability, and portability to support demanding maintenance and machining work.

This flange facer mounts securely onto the outside diameter of the flange, providing stable and reliable machining performance directly on site. Depending on the configuration, the machine can carry out various machining operations including flange facing, milling, beveling, squaring, counterboring, and weld-end preparation.

ODM Series OD mount flange facers are available in multiple models to accommodate different working requirements. Covering diameters from 0 to 3500 mm (0 – 140 in), the machines are capable of delivering consistent and repeatable machining results under a wide range of industrial and jobsite conditions.
